This egg dish is one of my favourite childhood food. My mom usually made this for me when she was busy or just don’t feel like to cook. This considers as an easy and cheap meal in Indonesian household, however this dish still my favourite.

I love my life as a food blogger and it’s everydayness. It’s not a glamorous job nor a less stressful job. I love spending all day alone and work in my cramped kitchen, I love talking about food, reading food article and all writings relating to food.
The combination of potato and peanut sauce is no stranger for me. Even so the Dutch war fries (patatje oorlog) still unfamiliar to me. The combination of fries, peanut sauce, mayonnaise and raw onion piqued my interest. But I have no plans for a trip to Netherland in the near future.
