I made this pomegranate kombucha float because it’s weekend and the weather is very hot. This fizzy, creamy drink is a healthier version of soda float. All you need for this kombucha float recipe is a scoop of ice cream (or two), some fizzy kombucha and pomegranate molasses.
Kombucha is a fermented tea drink, it contains good probiotics and it’s naturally fizzy. The combination of ice cream and kombucha itself is already delicious. But the addition of homemade pomegranate molasses makes it even more delicious.
Kombucha Float with Pomegranate Molasses
- 500 ml kombucha
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses or strawberry syrup
- pomegranate for garnish
- Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream in each of two large chilled glasses, drizzle with pomegranate molasses.
- Pour kombucha over the top of ice cream, garnish with fresh pomegranate and serve immediately.
