I prefer something like sweet potato hash, savoury toast or simple egg dishes for my breakfast. It makes me fuller and gives me more energy. I’m not into sweet food breakfast but sometimes when I’m super busy I start my morning with this power breakfast smoothie with granola.
Ripe banana combined with almond milk makes a velvety smooth smoothie. I use medjool date to add sweetness, but if you want sweeter smoothie you can add sugar or maple syrup. I mixed this banana smoothies with espresso because I need caffeine to fully function in the morning.
