Rosemary Cucumber Lemonade

Simple rosemary cucumber lemonade recipe perfect for a hot summer day. From kids to adult everyone can enjoy this refreshing lemonade. This homemade lemonade made with a combination of simple syrup infused with fresh rosemary leaves, thinly sliced cucumber and lemon, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Rosemary Cucumber Lemonade


Rosemary simple syrup

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 granulated sugar
  • 3 stalks rosemary


  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup rosemary syrup
  • 1 medium-size cucumber
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • ice cubes
  • rosemary, for garnish


  1. Rosemary syrup: combine sugar, water, and rosemary in a small saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix to combine rosemary simple syrup and lemon juice in a jug. Add the cucumber, lemon and fresh rosemary, mix to combine and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serves with lots of ice cubes.
